Robert Gabler, Attorney

Rob Gabler serves as “of counsel” to Turgeon & Associates. He focuses on cases involving Medical Malpractice, Inadequate Security (and other complex premises liability claims), and hate crimes. Rob earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1985, after graduating cum laude with a B.A. from Dickinson College. He has operated his own law practice in Boston since 1996. Previously, he was a partner with Lawson & Weitzen (1991-1996) and a managing associate with Katz & Associates (1989-1991). Rob is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, including Federal Courts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Hate Crimes Task Force, among other affiliations. Rob’s accomplishments and expertise in medical malpractice and major personal injury cases make him an invaluable asset to our clients.
